WHAT TO EXPECT

Every class includes a warm up, games and challenges, a section on learning technique and tasks where you can apply your skills.


Each week we will explore different styles and skills, but there will be a core focus on parkour.

WHO BENEFITS FROM OUR SESSIONS

The level of the classes run here are catered primarily towards beginner and intermediate movement practitioners. No experience is required - just curiosity and plenty of enthusiasm!

If you are already experienced, whether it is in dance, gymnastics or parkour, there will be something different for you during these sessions.
