ONLINE COACHING

A great option if your schedule is busy or you are unable to travel into London.

After an initial conversation to establish what you set out to achieve, each week will feature video feedback and new progressions towards your goals.

ONE-TO-ONE COACHING

Any level of experience
£300 for 5x 1 hour sessions
£550 for 10x 1 hour sessions

If you are the kind of person that really values drilling deep into techniques and direct, immediate feedback, this option is for you.

Each session will be spent examining progress, looking at drills to build on this and refining technique. This way, practice can continue between sessions with good form towards your objectives.

If you value training and improving with others, come along to our weekly session.


A regular class to movers of all levels, featuring a mix of parkour, acrobatics and tricking. We typically learn through games, challenges and technical practice.
