When social distancing is required, it's time to see what training we can get up to in our homes. Adapting to our own spaces through a range of conditioning and movement techniques keeps your training momentum up, ready to apply outdoors when we return.

Movement Toolbox classes ran online during the initial lockdown phase of COVID-19. They have since returned for this current lockdown.

ONLINE CLASSES - ADULT

Weekly classes on Zoom remove the need for you to leave home and encourage you to keep moving in your own space! The goal is to find ways to build dexterity and strength with minimal space. 

40 minutes, £7

- Monday 1930

- Saturday 1100

Requires: An electronic device with Zoom downloaded and an area where a yoga mat could comfortably fit with a bit of space around it. A yoga mat/carpet/cushion can come in handy too.

 

ONLINE CLASSES - YOUTH

Active young people might have found social isolation particularly difficult. These sessions are an opportunity for them to keep learning, stay strong and stay healthy whilst at home.

Similar to the adult online classes, the goal is to find ways to build dexterity and strength with minimal space. With a live feed, I will be able to give feedback to class members individually. Open to ages 10-16.

ONLINE CLASSES - UNIVERSITY SOCIETY

If you have a parkour/acrobatics focused university society that in unable to train in person due to current safety procedures, online classes might be an option to keep things going.


Weekly classes on Zoom allow students to maintain social distance and keep moving in their own space! The goal is to find ways to build dexterity and strength with minimal space. We can explore ways to build on movement techniques and prepare students for parkour outdoors.
